In my workshops and lessons you get to (i) notice and reduce tensions, (ii) increase your range, freedom, and control in movement, (iii) build balance and confidence.

My classes are about self-organization — how to configure ourselves to move as efficiently as possible. It not only feels good, it also means we can perform better in life. Unlike typical work-outs or yoga classes, we don't work specifically on muscle-building, stretching, stamina, or even posture. Instead, we work on how we organize our self in movement. On understanding movement from within and on how patterns of movement spread through our body. You get to move in ways you never knew existed, and experience for yourself, through your senses, how that feels. The result is more ease, freedom, and range in movement - whether running a marathon, practicing sports, playing a musical instrument, or simply sitting comfortably at a desk.

Because we go into the process of movement, these lessons are a great addition to any practice or fitness routine. They help you to get deeper into the technique of any physical pursuit. I teach according to the Feldenkrais Method, an internationally-recognized body-mind learning method, which uniquely addresses the neuro-physical aspects of movement. It is used by athletes, musicians, performers, and anyone who would like to increase ease, range and control in movement. The method is suitable for all.

Purpose-designed group sessions around specific themes for groups and organizations. Examples: finding comfort, resilience, functional awareness. Minimum length of a workshop is 3 hours.
